Glacier is a conceptual packaging design that explores the impact of climate change on the Arctic through metaphor and material. As global temperatures continue to rise, Arctic ice is melting at an alarming rate, threatening the habitats of countless species that depend on it for survival.

Inspired by this environmental crisis, Glacier transforms a candle into a metaphor for melting Arctic ice. Just as rising temperatures cause glaciers to disappear over time, the candle’s wax gradually melts as it burns, symbolizing the ongoing loss of Arctic ice due to global warming. Through this simple yet powerful interaction, Glacier aims to make an abstract environmental issue tangible, encouraging reflection on the urgency of climate change and its impact on our planet.
